HIGH EFFICIENCY BLOW MOLDING MACHINE AT NPE 2024

At the upcoming NPE show that will take place in Orlando, May 6-10th, Plastiblow will exhibiting a double-station full electric blow molding machine mod. PB15ED-700, with a clamping force of 15 tons and a stroke of 700 mm, one of the most successful models in the mid-size range that allows a very flexible production, being able to mount molds of considerable dimensions. Thanks to the recent upgrade of the carriage clamping system on linear guides, this model has become even more robust, reliable and high-performance.

The exhibition machine will be running a 500 ml oval shampoo HDPE bottle of in 4+4 cavities. It is equipped with electric parison cutting unit, electric bottle take-out system with 2-axis movements and with all the latest field proven innovations that facilitate handling operations by direct control from the operator panel such as:

• electric height adjustment of the cutting unit
• individual parison weight adjustment
• independent fine-tuning of the axial position of blow pins.

Plastiblow has long contributed to the protection of the environment thanks to the development of multilayer coextrusion technologies suitable for processing recycled materials for the production of packaging. Thanks to Plastiblow technology it is possible to obtain a final product where the recycled material does not interact with the content because it is encapsulated between two layers of virgin material and where the external appearance remains aesthetically unchanged.

During the Show, Plastiblow will also be collaborating with the NPE Recycling Program and will allow 100% of all the bottles and scrap produced to be collected by the appointed partner Commercial Plastics Recycling (CPR).

Plastiblow introduces itself to the North American market with its new Plastiblow NA Service Center to support its customers with a more effective and closer after-sales technical support service.
